My name is Esteban Sánchez. I have practiced Dominican law for more than ten years, in real estate, civil and commercial litigation, succession and inheritance, family law, and personal injury, representing Dominican and international clients in transactions, negotiations, disputes, and court proceedings.
Beyond my formation in the country's leading firm, I trained in negotiation under Carlos Jordana, professor at ESADE, and through the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. I hold postgraduate diplomas in enforcement proceedings and civil liability under Dominican law.
I am based in the Punta Cana region, where the Firm's court experience and research corpus are deepest, and I represent clients across the Dominican Republic, with trusted local counsel engaged where litigation outside the region requires it.
